SRB Deputy SENDCo
Permanent, Full time
Flexible working options available
Salary: according to experience
To start: 1st September 2026
Application Deadline: 12th April 2026
As we prepare to open our brand new Specialist Resource Base (SRB) this September, The Bulmershe School is seeking an ambitious and passionate leader to help us build this one-of-a-kind provision from the ground up.
While we are also recruiting for a Deputy SENDCo within our main school, this specific leadership role is dedicated to the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our new SRB for pupils with Moderate Learning Differences (MLD). This is a chance to take a role helping build in a specialist setting, designing an inclusive and ambitious curriculum that ensures our MLD pupils are nurtured, stretched and fully prepared for a successful adulthood.
As the Lead for the SRB, you will manage a dedicated team of specialist teachers and support staff, working closely with our SENDCo to influence whole-school practice and ensure our Resource Base students thrive within our mainstream community. If you are driven by innovation and the belief that every young person deserves a specialist environment that doesn't limit their potential, we would love to hear from you.
